Tim Umstead has over 20 years experience in the RV industry and 30 years banking experience. Prior to his former employment at Tobin Associates he was in various lending management positions with two large financial institutions. His banking experience encompasses direct & indirect lending, floor plan lending, mortgage lending, leasing, and commercial lending. Tim’s accounting background has allowed him to be a self employed public accountant for many individuals and small businesses. His other professional activities are:

Mark Brockman has 19 years experience in the RV, marine, and manufactured housing industries. His areas of experience are retail financing, floor plan, F&I training, insurance. As an Assistant Vice President with Chemical Bank, Mark was a member of a special council that developed marketing strategies and developed product enhancements. For 11 consecutive years with Tobin Associates, Mark was top producer in finance volume, service contract sales, and physical damage referrals. He has completed F&I training programs with Jan Kelly (JL Kelly Enterprises), Randy Sobel (Sobel & Associates), Bill Johnson (Assurant Group), and Bill Koster (Protective).
